About Us

After relocating to the Eastern Shore, I formed Coast Consulting Services. The mission of Coast Consulting is to work with small- and medium-sized business owners and managers on the Eastern Shore and beyond to help them increase revenue, improve how they manage their businesses, review the financial management of the business, and ultimately build bottom-line profitability.

For more than 30 years, I have dedicated my career to working with entrepreneurs to help them get into business, grow their business, stay in business, and ultimately sell their business. I have dealt with first-time business owners, struggling business managers and management teams, serial entrepreneurs that need some objective coaching, and everything in-between.

Whether it's growing sales, building and motivating a sales team, gaining control of financial management issues, developing local and broader marketing plans to build brand awareness and generate leads, coaching on in-depth business planning including long-term strategic planning, partnership (and marital) issues, family dynamics, and exit strategies.... I've seen it all and dealt with all of it. Always in a professional, straightforward and no-nonsense way.

I've hired a lot of consultants over my career and I know how to come in, assess a situation, quickly determine if I can help or not, and develop a practical and implementable roadmap to address whatever problems may exist, or that might be holding the business back from achieving great results.
