    DDA Program Manager

    Are you an experienced DDA professional with a passion for building meaningful community partnerships and expanding person-centered services? We are seeking a dynamic leader to drive referral growth, strengthen provider relationships, and ensure high-quality service delivery across community living, supported living, and personal supports programs. This is an opportunity to combine relationship-building, compliance expertise, and program leadership to make a measurable impact in Maryland’s DDA system.
     
    Salary: $75,000 - $90,000/year, depending on experience
     
    Benefits:  Mileage reimbursement, 10 days PTO, and 5 paid sick days
     
    Work location: Hybrid role. Must reside on the Eastern Shore.
     
    Essential Job Functions:

    • Drive referral growth through strategic outreach, presentations, transition fairs, and provider networking
    • Build and maintain strong partnerships with Coordinators of Community Services, Developmental Disabilities Administration, families, and community stakeholders
    • Oversee referral, intake, screening, and placement processes
    • Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, including Code of Maryland Regulations
    • Monitor program quality, documentation accuracy (behavior tracking, daily notes) and service outcomes
    • Prepare for audits, licensing reviews, and funding requirements
    • Represent the organization at forums and community events
    • Collaborate with intake, clinical, and operations teams to align services with acuity, capacity, and support needs
    • Other duties as assigned
     
     
    Qualifications:
    Experience Level: Mid-Senior level
    Education: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
    • Previous experience within Maryland’s Developmental Disability Administration system (including the Eastern Shore region)
    • Strong knowledge of DDA waiver programs and person-centered planning
    • Experience in referral coordination, intake, case management, or outreach
    • Weekly travel, valid driver’s license is required
    • CCS supervisory experience, along with prior marketing/outreach involvement
