Maintenance Supervisor

The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for leading and developing the maintenance team, ensuring safe and efficient facility operations. This role requires strong technical leadership and 5+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment. Salary: $95,000 - $105,000/year, depending on experience

Essential Job Functions:- Support and lead maintenance team members while ensuring a safe work environment and full compliance with OSHA standards
- Oversee preventative maintenance to minimize downtime and troubleshoot equipment issues to keep operations running smoothly
- Schedule, prioritize, and assign work orders, approve timesheets, and encourage ongoing growth within the team
- Enhance maintenance processes, documentation, and standard operating procedures to improve efficiency and reliability
- Assist with maintenance budget planning and sourcing to maintain availability and control costs
- Perform additional duties as needed to support plant operations
Qualifications:
Experience Level: Mid-Senior level
Education: High school diploma or equivalent, Associates or Bachelors preferred- Several years of maintenance experience with strong leadership skills successfully managing a team
- Familiarity with OSHA safety practices, preventative maintenance, and Lean manufacturing concepts
- Solid technical abilities – such as reading schematics and troubleshooting equipment
- Knowledge of maintenance planning or CMMS tools and Microsoft Office
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Schedule: Four 10-hour days, Monday – Thursday, 7:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. Occasional Fridays as needed
