Festival of Hope set for September 5 in Easton     EASTON –  The fifth annual Festival of Hope is set for September 5 from 6 to 8 p.m. at Anchor Church in Easton and includes the ninth-year kick-off for Talbot Goes Purple.   Talbot Goes Purple is a community substance use prevention initiative from the Talbot County Sheriff’s Office. The annual Festival of Hope is a kick-off celebration also highlights the power of recovery and concludes with a memorial that honors people lost to substance
