As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the overall success of our restaurant by providing excellent service to our guests. Your key responsibilities will include:

Guest Interaction:

• Greet and seat guests, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
• Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring guests' preferences and dietary restrictions are noted.

Order Communication:

• Effectively communicate guest orders to the kitchen team, ensuring accurate and timely preparation of dishes.
• Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure seamless coordination between front-of-house and back-of-house operations.

Service Excellence:

• Deliver dishes to tables promptly and accurately, adhering to presentation standards.
• Provide attentive and friendly service throughout the dining experience, addressing any guest concerns or requests.

Upselling and Menu Knowledge:

• Promote additional menu items, beverages, and specials to enhance the guest experience and increase sales.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of the menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and flavor profiles.

Billing and Payment:

• Process guest payments accurately, handling cash and electronic transactions with proficiency.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth transitions between dining phases, including turnover of tables.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Server in a restaurant setting, with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team.
• Adaptability to a fast-paced environment and the ability to handle high-pressure situations.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
• A passion for hospitality and a desire to contribute to the overall dining experience.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to lift loads up to 50 lbs and navigate the dining area efficiently.
