Guided by the highest standards of quality, Sunflowers & Greens uses only the finest and freshest seasonal ingredients for our house-made salads, soups, and wraps. Our salads are composed to your specification or designed according to the chef’s daily inspiration, and our soups and wraps change daily. Our fresh produce is procured from a number of local and artisanal sources and is organic whenever possible. We work with the finest purveyors of meat, poultry, and fish; serving up select cuts of Wagyu and Prime Beef, Russ & Daughters’ smoked salmon, and hormone and antibiotic-free poultry.
