About Us

Chesapeake Telephone Systems (CTS) is a family-owned communications and technology infrastructure company based in Millersville, Maryland, serving organizations across Maryland, Washington DC, Virginia, Delaware and Pennsylvania since 1985.

CTS designs, installs and supports the technology businesses rely on every day, including cloud and on-premises business phone systems, UCaaS, structured cabling, LAN and Wi-Fi networks, Internet and carrier services, conference rooms and AV, paging and mass notification, video surveillance and access control, and sound masking. As a single-source provider with our own field crews, we manage the design, cabling and installation ourselves and provide ongoing support — some of our customer relationships now run past thirty-five years.
