We're delighted to invite you to our inaugural Fire & Spirits event on October 17, 2025 at The Ivy Cafe.

VIP Tasting Experience – 6:30-7:30pm followed by Primary Celebration- 7:30-9:30.

This signature evening brings together passionate animal advocates and friends of Talbot Humane for a welcoming celebration of our shared commitment to animal welfare. Picture an atmosphere of comfortable elegance—Enjoy exceptional spirits curated by regional craft distillers, thoughtfully prepared cuisine, and the pleasure of meaningful connection and celebration surrounded by the beauty of The Ivy gardens.

This gathering honors the remarkable growth of Talbot Humane while welcoming new voices to our mission. Patron Ticket - $150
All Tasting benefits plus commemorative whiskey glass, 2 drink tickets beginning at 7:30PM

VIP Patron Ticket - $200 (Limited to 16)
All Patron benefits plus reserved seating, early access VIP tasting experience, engraved whiskey glass, 3 drink tickets at 6:30PM.

VIP Table Sponsor - $1,000 (Limited to 6)
4 VIP Patron tickets, premium table location with signage, early access VIP tasting experience with exclusive spirits and fare at 6:30PM.

VIP Patron and Table Sponsor guests receive special recognition throughout the evening and acknowledgment in event materials.
