Sunrise Yoga
An all-level yoga flow and meditation session with Anastasiia Du Hoffmann, held outdoors overlooking the water at Muskrat Park. This donation-based class welcomes all levels; walk-ins are welcome, and online registration is also available. All proceeds benefit the St. Michaels Community Center.
