Mission in Motion - Celebrate New Van with Tides of Grace
Join us for a special ribbon cutting celebration for Tides of Grace.
The Talbot County Chamber of Commerce is honored to help celebrate Tides of Grace and the generous donation of a van from the Mid-Shore Community Foundation — a gift that will help expand their reach and support their continued work serving individuals and families in our community.
This celebration is more than a ribbon cutting; it is a moment to recognize generosity, partnership, and the power of community organizations working together to meet real needs across the Mid-Shore.
We hope you’ll join us in celebrating Tides of Grace, thanking the Mid-Shore Community Foundation, and recognizing the important work being carried forward through this meaningful gift.
As we prepare to reveal our brand new Tides of Grace cargo van on June 23, we would love to invite our community to help us fill it with supplies to take back to our J29 Crisis Room.
As part of our Ribbon Cutting & Van Reveal Celebration, we would love for attendees to consider bringing an item to help us stock the van and refill our crisis room shelves for families in need across the Shore.

Laundry detergent
Paper towels
Mouth wash
Deodorant
Body wash
Shampoo
Shelf stable breakfast items
Pasta
Spaghetti sauce
Cleaners & cleaning wipes
Soups
Trash bags
Dog food
Paper plates
These everyday essentials may seem small, but they become incredibly meaningful to someone rebuilding after loss or facing a difficult chapter in life.
Thank you for always helping us support the Shore through kindness and compassion. We cannot wait to celebrate this exciting milestone together while also pouring back into our community in a tangible way.
