For All Seasons' Center for Learning is pleased to offer this training program, led by Certified Dare to Lead Facilitators Beth Anne Dorman, President & CEO and Lesa Mulcahy, LCSW-C, Chief Clinical Officer. rooted in the research of Dr. Brene Brown, this personal and professional Development journey goes beyond traditional leadership training by equipping participants with the courage and practical skills to lead authentically, navigate challenges, strengthen relationships, and create positive change at work and beyond.

October 20-24, 2026 May 11-14, 2027
Trainings will be held in person in Easton, MD.
