CCCA Newsletter – May/June 2022Joanne Gelles
Artist of the Month @ The Foundry
Artist Tribute and Reception
Thursday, June 2 from 5-7pm @ The Foundry
Joanne Gelles has long been the tenured artist-in-residence at The Foundry, dating all the way back to 2016. In June she’ll be bowing out to allow other artists to use the studio in the upcoming months.
Let’s all celebrate her amazing run and incredible talent during the month of June as she is the featured artist of the month. She’s been working on many new pieces for this special occasion and will have them available to view and purchase in the gallery. Her talent continues to grow and we will miss her immensely!
Don’t worry—Joanne will continue teaching her popular mosaic and multimedia classes at The Foundry each month. To register and to view our upcoming calendar of events, visit www.carolinearts.org.
