Steward Writing & Communications is a boutique freelance writing firm in Easton, MD. The company provides copy writing and editing services for news releases, feature articles, annual reports, brochures, advertising, marketing and fundraising materials, newsletters, and Web sites for non-profit and for-profit companies and local governments. Specializing in the arts, the environment, tourism, health care, and social services, the company tells the stories of organizations, positioning them locally, statewide and nationally. Steward has written non-fiction articles for national, regional, and local publications for over 30 years. A lifelong storyteller, she published her first book in 2014 with Charles H. Thornton, a memoir entitled Charles H. Thornton: A Life of Elegant Solutions.
