    Salary: $80,000 - $85,000/year, based on experience
     
    Job Type: Full-time

    Work Location: Talbot County, Maryland
     
    Essential Job Functions:

    • Collaborate with leadership and external partners to grow the organization’s mission
    • Lead operational strategy and day-to-day management and serve as the primary contact for individuals seeking assistance
    • Supervise and support staff and volunteers and promote a culture of dignity, respect, and inclusivity for all individuals on site
    • Conduct guest interviews, perform background checks, and facilitate onsite admissions
    • Maintain the waitlist for new applicants, keep accurate records and respond to inquiries and crises
    • Oversee case management services with a trauma-informed approach, manage data systems and program reporting, and keep information up-to-date
    • Report monthly to the Board of Directors, attending board meetings as required
    • Other duties as assigned
     
    Qualifications:
    Experience Level:
    Education: Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) or related field
    • 5+ years working with homeless and diverse populations
    • Proven leadership and team management experience with the ability to build relationships
    • Strong communication, community engagement skills, and organizational skills
    • Proficiency in data tracking and management systems, short and intermediate-term planning
    • A team player with enthusiasm to help grow the organization
    • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
    • Ability to maneuver steps and lift up to 40 lbs.
     
     
    Schedule:  Monday – Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. or 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
