    This position requires a multi-skilled individual that has strong communication, time-management and interpersonal skills. Individual must have the ability to handle multiple projects in a busy office that serves approximately twenty (20) staff members and 150 students daily. This person is the first contact at the Health Professions and Athletic Center by phone or in person and represents Chesapeake College Health programs and the office of the Dean. Several functions relate to services for faculty including; professional correspondence, purchase of program materials, accreditation reports, and program logistics.  Provides admissions and enrollment-related information to college prospects, students, and staff through direct and technological means in a professional and efficient manner.  This individual is the "hub" in terms of point of contact for any non-academic function, which includes (but is not limited to): proper functioning of all equipment and ordering of supplies, monitoring aesthetic appearance of the facility, tracking classrooms, management of accurate databases, and referring all correspondence (mail, phone, walk-ins) appropriately.
