    Our Bayleigh Chase community is currently seeking qualified candidates for the role of Life Engagement & Event Director.  This beautiful gated community is located in Easton, MD.

    In this role, you will responsible for planning and implementing programs and events providing independent living residents an Acts Signature Experience (ASE) incorporating wellness, person-centered living and hospitality. These ASE events will encompass the three components that define life balance and are needed for improving and maintaining quality of life: body, mind, and spirit.  In each senior’s personal journey, he or she has the opportunity to make new goals in all dimensions of wellness.

    The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree or higher in human development, social work, event planning, sociology, psychology or related field is preferred
    • Minimum of two years' experience working within senior living
    • Supervisor and/or management experience is strongly preferred
