DESCRIPTION:Partners In Care Maryland\, Inc.\, a pioneering organization dedicated to enhancing the lives of Older Adults while championing independence\, is thrilled to host it's 15th Anniversary Ribbon Cutting Celebration!!\n\n\n\nCome join us as we CELEBRATE helping Older Adults age-in-place and remain an active part of the community through our unique culture of Service Exchange and Time Banking.\n\n\nBanking Time While Building Community \n\nPIC's foundation is built on a unique model of "Service Exchange and Time Banking"\, where Members actively contribute their skills and talents to assist their neighbors while accumulating Volunteer hours for their future needs. \n\nIn recent years\, our Mid Shore location expanded its Programs to include Community For Life (CFL). Working with the State of Maryland\, Partners In Care offers this fee-based\, guaranteed service Program that provides peace of mind along with transportation\, handy man services that will help with basic home maintenance\, as well as a person-centered Service Navigator\, which acts as an advocate and concierge. \n\nOne of the critical components of Partners In Care's success has always been its dedicated team of Volunteers. The Organization is actively seeking Volunteers who are passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of Older Adults in Caroline & Talbot County.
