The Time to Care Act will provide Maryland employees with access to paid family and medical leave through a state-administered fund that is financed by employee and employer contributions. Employer and employee contributions to the fund are schedule to begin on October 1\, 2024 and employees will be able to receive benefit payments beginning on January 1\, 2026. In this session\, Kaitlin D. Corey\, Esq. will discuss what employers need to know to prepare for the Time to Care Act.\nInstructions: A log-on link will be sent to registrants the day/evening prior to the webinar.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nRegistration Policies:\n\nRegistration and Fees: Payment of seminar fees may be made by check\, money order or credit card. Payment must be received to guarantee your space in an event.
