So we bring together the best and brightest leaders from all sectors\, industries\, and geographic corners of our state to engage on the vital issues affecting Maryland and find solutions for real\, actionable change.\n\n \n\nAt its core\, Leadership Maryland is about the importance of leadership\, differing opinions and perspectives\, and relationships. For 2024 Session dates\, click here.\n\n\n\nIn the fall of 1991\, a steering committee formed the idea of creating a statewide leadership program which will convene professionals from both the public and private sectors and help build a better Maryland.\n\n \n\nSince that first class\, Leadership Maryland has evolved into one of the most successful as well as significant statewide leadership programs in the United States. To help reflect this position\, in 2015 Leadership Maryland rebranded with a new logo and tagline: The Strength Within.\n\n\n\nLeadership Maryland makes good leaders stronger. We challenge our members to step outside of their comfort zone in order to tap into the deepest strengths and passions that will make them a force for meaningful change in their organizations\, communities\, and state.\n\n\n\nJoin us to learn how to take your leadership skills to the next level with Leadership Maryland.
