Dr. Basu holds degrees from Georgetown\, Harvard\, and the University of Maryland\, with expertise spanning public policy\, law\, and health economics.\n\n \n\n\n\n\n \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nNash Peyton is a senior economist with Wilmington Trust Investment Advisors\, specializing in economics and quantitative asset allocation.
